This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-21-R-5032, is for the procurement of brand-name only CISCO IT Equipment in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the country of Estonia. All proposals are to be in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) as defined under FMS Case EN-B-UDT. This effort will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta.Sam at (https://beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Once the updated information is received I will post all updated information onto the Beta Sam website with another possible extension date. Extension closes on 8/30/2021 at 12:00 PM EST. 8/20/2021- Attached the extended (Amd 0001) solicitation document to Beta Sam due to PADDS system being down on the day that I actually posted all information. Extension still stands for closing on 8/30/2021 at 12:00 PM EST due to waiting for updated CISCO part numbers. 8/24/2021- Amendment 0002 has been attached to show Questions from Industry, updated and revised Statement of Work (SOW), and updated and revised Attachment 1 Cisco IT Equipment Salient Characteristic Evaluation that must be completed in its entirety to be considered for potential award if technically acceptable. Please carefully review all updated information.
