TYPE OF CONTRACT a. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Commercial Contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)" and Part 12.1 "Acquisition of Commercial Items" (12.102(b)&(c)). b.
