This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-21-R-5024, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Tunisia. This requirement is for the procurement of Thermal Weapon Sight and Spare Parts as defined under FMS Designator: TU-B-UTJ, ARP # AE20080. This requirement is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Attached is the solicitation. Offeror's quotes MUST include ALL required items in order to be considered. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam/gov/.) Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
