This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-21-R-5021, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Barbados. This requirement is for General Automatic Data, Display and Video Conferencing Equipment along with Software and Licenses as defined under FMS Case# SS-B-UAG, ARP# PS20029. See attached solicitation and Attachment 0001 for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Michael F.
