This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-21-R-5009, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Colombia. This requirement is for the procurement of Network Communications Equipment and Services with the brand names Ceragon and Nokia as defined under FMS Case# CO-B-VHC, ARP# PS20007. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Any questions are to be submitted in writing to Anh Nguyen, Contract Specialist, via email to: anh.q.nguyen14.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 am ET on 29 JAN 2021. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. All offers are due no later than 05 FEB 2021 at 10:00 AM ET. An email confirmation must be received to be considered submitted.
