THIS SOLICITATION IS CANCELED. This Request for Proposal (RFP), W91CRB-20-R-5008, is to fulfill a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement on behalf of the Security Assistance Management Directorate (SAMD) for the country of Ukraine. This requirement is for the procurement of Contractor Furnished Online Training in support of ArcGIS software as defined under FMS Case Designator: DM-B-UBC, Acquisition Requirement Package (ARP) # EX20079. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses. Attached are the solicitation and Requirements Checklist. The Requirements Spreadsheet MUST be completed and returned when submitting proposal. See attached solicitation for details of item being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through Beta SAM (https://www.beta.sam.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract.
