Amendment 0006 is to answer question #83 from industry. No other changes made. Amendment 0005 adds questions 81 & 82 to the Q&A section. As part of Amendment 0004, the proposal due date is hereby extended to 10 December 2021 at 1300 EST. Amendment 0004: This Amendment provides a Q&A document at the end of the solicitation to answer questiosn submitted by Industry. Responses due NLT 08 December 2021 at 1500 EST. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) hereby issues solicitation W91CRB-21-R-0030 on behalf of the U.S. Army Redstone Test Center (RTC) for the Redstone Test and Engineering Services (RTES) Contract. This solicitation is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 541715 - Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Nanotechnology and Biotechnology); size standard 1,500 employees. The resulting Single-Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract shall have a five-year ordering period to include Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. This contract will provide test and engineering services to include Aviation Flight Test, Aviation Component & System Testing, Climatic & Natural Environments Testing, Dynamic Testing & Analysis, Dynamic & Static Warhead Testing, Electromagnetic Environmental Effects Testing, Aviation & Missile Instrumentation Development, Insensitive Munitions Testing, Laser & Optics Laboratory Testing, Missile & Rocket Flight Testing, Live, Virtual, Constructive Distributed Testing, Propulsion Testing, Metrology & Material Failure Analysis, Surveillance & Stockpile Reliability Testing, Open Air Range Sensor Testing, Technical Test Support; and Test Range/Facility Operations for support of the RTC test and evaluation mission. This notice is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for this effort. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to ensure that any proposals submitted in response to this announcement are in compliance with this solicitation. The RFP posted herein includes all of the documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Offerors shall submit proposals electronically, as outlined in section L of the solicitation. Submissions through https://sam.gov will not be accepted. Amendments, if any, will be posted in the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response.
