AMENDMENT 0002 is to include a couple of clarifications to Amendement 0001 highlighted in green. First to upload the correct version (3) of the Level of Effort Spreadsheet to SAM.gov and also to add exemption to paramaters of page limits in Section L, paragraph A. See attachments. AMENDMENT 0001: To incorporate the Q&A document, located in the amendment between Sections L and M, and changes to the solicitation and attachment(s), Level of Effort (LOE) and Wage Determination (added), as a result of questions from industry. This amendment also extends to due date of proposals to 27 July 2021 at 1000 EDT. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) hereby issues solicitation W91CRB-21-R-0029 on behalf of the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) as a follow-on requirement to the Machining, Welding, Painting and Fabrication Services Contract. It is set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 333992 - Welding and Soldering Equipment Manufacturing (size standard 1,250 employees). The resulting Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract shall have a five-year ordering period to include Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm Fixed Price (FFP) task orders. This contract will provide on-site technical support services to ATC’s Welding Fabrication, Machining and Paint Shops located at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG) in support of the multi-purpose test center with diverse test capabilities and facilities. This notice is the official Request for Proposal (RFP) for this effort. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to ensure that any proposals submitted in response to this announcement are in compliance with this solicitation. The RFP posted herein includes all of the documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Offerors shall submit proposals electronically, as outlined in section L of the solicitation. Submissions through https://sam.gov will not be accepted. Amendments, if any, will be posted in the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is the potential offeror’s responsibility to monitor https://sam.gov on a regular basis for any updates.
