Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground on behalf of Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), Deputy Chief of Staff, Army G-3/5/7 designated Army Staff (AFSTAF) Treaty Compliance and Surety Program Oversight Manager (DAMO-SSD) formally requests a proposal for strategic analysis, support to policy formulation, and program oversight for DAMO-SSD, U.S. Army Nuclear and Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (USANCA) and Assistant Secretary of the Army for Installations, Energy and Environment (ASA(IE&E)), to include implementation of and compliance with arms control treaty and surety obligations, as well as resource management, planning, programming, budgeting, and execution (PPBE) and supporting Army counter-proliferation / countering weapons of mass destruction (CWMD) activities. The Period of Performance includes Base plus Four Option Years.
