The Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to issue a solicitation for the U.S. Army Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Data Collection Support Services Contract. It is planned to be set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 518210- Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services (size standard of $35M). The resulting Single Award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract is expected to have a five year period of performance. The United States Army Aberdeen Test Center requires data collection support, computer operators, technical writing and range scheduling support services to support testing in ATC’s Automotive, Firepower, Survivability/Lethality, Technology and Warfighter Test Mission Areas. A draft solicitation was posted to betasam.gov and is available for comment until 3 May 2021. The final solicitation is not available at this time. The final solicitation release is planned for mid-May 2021. The solicitation number is W9CRB-21-R-0005. (NOTE: Not W91CRB-21-D-0005 as erroneously provided in the header of the notice of draft solicitation.) The official release of the solicitation will be posted to the betasam.gov website at https://betasam.gov. The online version of the Request for Proposals (RFP) will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the solicitation will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents.
