DESCRIPTION The purpose of this combined synopsis/ solicitation is to fulfill Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case DO-B-UOW, Acquisition Requirements Package (ARP) EX21011, for the Country of Lebanon. The proposed action is a "Brand Name or Equivalent" supply contract to purchase Dell Precision Mobile Workstation brand or equivalent (non-United States Inventory) laptop computers, as prescribed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 11.107(a) and solicitation provision 52.211-6 "Brand Name or Equal (Aug. 1999)". QTY DESCRIPTION 27 Dell Precision Mobile Workstation or equivalent brand laptop computer (15.6", Core i5-9300H, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, 4GB, Nvidia Quadro P620 GPU, Windows 10 Pro) * See Statement of Work (SOW) in attached Solicitation document W91CRB-21-Q-5030 "Description/ Specification/ Work Statement" for a full list of the required salient characteristics. CONTRACT The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) commercial contract to the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror, in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) under FAR part 13.500(b) and Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR part 12.102(b) and (c). This requirement is a 100% "Total small business set-aside" in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2; the Government will not consider proposals from large businesses.
