This DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for the procurement of Outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS) Operator Training, Maintenance Training and Installation of various equipment to include but is not limited to generators and thermal weapon systems for multiple Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. The contractor will be required to perform OCONUS services within the following Areas of Responsibility (AOR): US European Command (EUCOM), US Africa Command (AFRICOM), US Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), US Northern Command (NORTHCOM), US Pacific Command (PACOM), and US Central Command (CENTCOM). Please note this is a DRAFT PWS that is being released in order to provide potential offerors the opportunity to review the PWS and ask questions prior to the release of the formal solicitation. ALL questions are to be submitted in writing to Salma Khairedin, Contract Specialist, via email to salma.m.khairedin.civ@mail.mil no later than 10:00 AM EST, 16 January 2020. Questions submitted after this time will not be addressed. Depending on the amount of questions received, a solicitation is expected to be released within a few weeks. Quotes submitted prior to the official solicitation release WILL NOT be accepted. Questions regarding additional details on the release of the solicitation WILL ALSO NOT BE ADDRESSD. This requirement is expected to be full and open competition.
