REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) hereby issues a solicitation for Aberdeen Test Center (ATC) Logistics Support Services at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. It is set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The resulting five year single award contract shall include one (1) base year and four (4) option years with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) line items. ATC has a continuing need for Logistics Support Services where the contractor shall provide services in the following functional areas: Equipment management, Maintenance management, Property management and associated logistical analysis and functions in support of the ATC mission. The contractor shall also provide direct support for Aberdeen Test & Evaluation Command Head Quarters (ATEC HQ) for Property and Equipment management tasks, and GCCS-A MACOM level support. The services required must be performed on site due to the nature of the tasks (Shipping, Receiving, Supply Services, Maintenance coordination in accordance to the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The scope/types of services to be performed shall consists of qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, management, and other items/services not otherwise provided as Incidental to the place of performance. Offerors may submit questions in reference to this solicitation up until 07 July 2020 to kristena.m.burleigh.civ@mail.mil. Answers to all offerors questions will be posted in the same location as the solictiation. Offerors shall submit proposals no later than 1200 PM EST on Wednesday 15 July 2020 through email to kristena.m.burleigh.civ@mail.mil as indicated in section L. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 5MB size limit per email so please plan accordingly. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation. The complete solicitation package, including amendments, should be received and reviewed prior to submitting a response. It is the responsibility of those responding to the solicitation to obtain all amendments and/or other applicable documents. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the beta.sam.gov website on a regular basis for any updates.
