This solicitation is to award a Firm Fixed Price contract under Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases: IQ-B-ADM, IQ-B-ADZ, IQ-B-ADS, IQ-B-ACY, and IQ-B-UDM. This requirement is a competitive, 100% small-business set aside. Only offers from small businesses will be accepted. The requirement is for the communications equipment. Offeror must supply all requested requirements. Partial submission will be considered an invalid offer and will be eliminated from evaluating for award. The Government will answer questions submitted up until November 07, 2019.
