The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement for US Army Communications - Electronics Command Security Assistance Management Directorate. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. The Government intends to procure as a Commercial Item using the procedures at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 through Simplified Acquisition Procedures (commercial items) under NAICS 335129 with a size standard of 500 employees. The solicitation will result in one Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract award. Award will be made to the offeror who is deemed Technical Acceptable with the Lowest Price. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered for award. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will not be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Proposals are due on 10 May 2019.
