The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Division D, APG, MD 21005, on behalf of to support the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Financial Management & Comptroller (ASA (FM&C)) Army Resource Management operations to efficiently operate within the Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) intends to award one sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Contract type contract for the support of Resource Management Tool (RMT). The contract will be a base year and ONE (1) option year. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source bases with Turtle Reef Holdings, LLC 1800 Diagonal Rd Ste 600 Alexandria, VA, 22314-2840, Cage Code: 4ZFU7 under the statutory authority permitting Other Than Full and Open Competition 15 U.S.C. 657f, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5(b)(6) -- Sole source awards under the Veterans Benefits Act of 2003 (15 U.S.C. 657f).
