The Government ... This is a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirement for the procurement of Krypto Software in support of the country Ukraine. This proposed procurement is 100% small business set aside. The Government intends to procure as a Commercial Item using procedures at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 through Simplified Acquisition Procedures (commercial items) under NAICS 423430 with a size standard of 250 employees. The solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award. Award will be made to the offeror who is deemed Technically Acceptable with the Lowest Price. All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered for award. See attached solicitation for details of items being procured. This solicitation will NOT be issued in paper. All interested parties are responsible for obtaining the solicitation documents through FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov/). Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award of a Federal contract. Information regarding registration can be obtained from the SAM link at: https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM. Proposals are do no later than 23 SEP 2019 at 10:00am EST.
