Only Small Business quotes will be accepted and evaluated** The Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) on behalf of the Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) has a requirement to provide maintenance services on their fleet of Kyocera copiers and printers (multi-function devices). Technicians MUST hold a NETGARD MFD Certificate provided by API Technologies to be considered. Please see attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in the request for quote document for further specifications of this requirement. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor the Federal Business Opportunities website on a regular basis for any updates regarding this solicitation. Other documents, as necessary, will be posted when available. Quotes will be evaluated using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The contract award will be firm fixed price for twelve (12) months and will be incrementally funded.
