AS OF 20 DEC 22, SOURCES SOUGHT HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR CLARIFICATION PURPOSES, SEE ATTACHED DOCUMENT The U.S. Army Security Assistance Command (USASAC) is designated as the program manager for Commercial Repair and Return (R&R) of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer assets for the Army Security Assistance Enterprise (ASAE). USASAC has a requirement for management and technical services to sustain FMS standard and non-standard military and commercial assets for the ASAE, which includes Aviation, Missile, Communications, Electronics, Tank and Automotive type components. Specifically, non-standard items that are not of a type or configuration currently active in the Department of Defense (DoD) inventory and standard items that the United States Government (USG) Sources of Supply (SOS) deem to be unobtainable within a reasonable period of time.
