The Task Force Medical Group – Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan intends to solicit and award a contract for procurement of medical equipment in support of Craig Joint Theater Hospital (CJTH). This equipment is needed to maintain CJTH’s ability to keep up with the standard of care expected of the largest and busiest Role 3 trauma hospital. The NAICS for this effort is 423450 and the PSC 6515. All equipment must be delivered to Bagram Air Field, Afghanistan. The vendor must be knowledgeable of and comply with applicable Afghan custom laws and regulations relevant to fulfilling this requirement. The vendor must be able to deliver 100% of all required medical equipment items within 30 days from the date of award. All medical equipment must be new, undamaged, in the manufacturer’s original packaging and meet required electrical standards. There are three (3) items listed as Brand name or Equal (see brand name attachments). If other than brand name is offered, the vendor must provide manufacturer specification/description of the items(s). This procurement falls under the purview of the Trade Agreement Act. Items must be procured from qualifying countries that are listed in FAR252.225-7021, Trade Agreements.
