The Regional Contracting Command – Afghanistan (RCC-A) is releasing this Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research only. RCC-A is seeking interested local Afghan contractors with the capability to perform the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the Bagram MAC-Warehouse in support of the USFOR-A. Vendors interested in participating in this acquisition shall submit the following: Company Name and website Company DUNS and CAGE Code Answer the following questions: Is your company currently registered in JCCS? What is your JCCS ID? How long would this project take during the winter months? Do you have the capability to hire a crew of OCN’s (other country nationals)? Provide a Capability Statement. This statement shall demonstrate the vendor’s successful performance of projects similar in scope and size. To demonstrate successful performance, the vendor shall provide a (1) summary of project scope (2) dollar value of project (3) project period of performance (4) Awarding Contracting Officer name, phone number, and email address. Vendors are encouraged to submit up to three similar projects either completed or currently performing. Capability statements shall be limited to 10 pages. Points of contact. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions. All responses shall be submitted in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat format. All responses shall be submitted to james.d.sprigler.mil@mail.mil no later than Wednesday, September 18 2019, at 10:00 Afghanistan local time. THIS IS NOT SOLICITATION. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This sources sought is not binding the Government to enter into any contract action. This sources sought is being issued as an invitation to all capable businesses that are interested in becoming prospective vendors.
