The Regional Contracting Center - Afghanistan (RCC-A) has a potential requirement to use procedures other than competitive procedures to award a contract to a particular source or sources from Afghanistan. It may be necessary to award a contract to a company to perform laundry services for the Kabul Military Training Center (KMTC) located in Kabul, Afghanistan. It is possible the U.S. Department of Defense may award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to fulfill this requirement. RCC-A is issuing this presolicitation notice as a means of identifying potential sources that have the resources, capacity, and interest to support this requirement for the Afghanistan National Defense Security Forces (ANDSF).
