The purpose of this Request For Information (RFI) Sources Sought (SS) notice is to obtain market research information to assist the Government in meeting the requirement detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and "FBO RFI SS-Aviaiton Fuel" document. The requirement, as described in the SOW, is for delivery of JP-8 Aviation Turbine Fuel to facilities of the Afghanistan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) Ministry of Defense (MoD) Afghan Air Force (AAF).
