THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE, PLEASE FOLLOW SOLICITATION DUE DATE/TIME AS DELINEATED IN THE SF 1449. The Government requires Guardian Angel (GA) security services to support Department of DoD Military/Civilian and contractor personnel. Guardian Angel security services includes protective service teams or protective service individuals assigned to DoD military, DoD civilian personnel and contractors as they execute their duties. In addition, the Government requires support to the DoD by performing the coordination and execution of armed static and GA security operations at Marmal, Mazar-e Sharif (MeS), Afghanistan. The Government requires protective services for DoD military and DoD civilian personnel in either a dismounted, mounted or travel status (both ground and air). Duties will involve providing self-defense protection services for DoD military, DoD civilian personnel, and contractor personnel during travel to and from Train, Advise and Assist (TAA) sites and while engaged in the performance of duties at training sites. These duties will not engaged in any sort of quick reaction force, nor will they seek combat.
