Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a competitive solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website. It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor this site for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Regional Contracting Center - Afghanistan (RCC-A) is exploring options for Contractor performance of supply and delivery of Diesel, Petrol, and Propane (ground fuels) to Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) sites throughout the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA), in support of the Ministry of Interior (MOI). The Contractor shall provide all the services, resources, vehicles, equipment, tools, and management necessary to acquire and deliver ground fuels throughout Afghanistan. The Contractor shall be solely responsible for all required commodity sourcing, as well as delivery to points specified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW). ACC is seeking the following information: 1. Respondents shall state whether your company can provide ground fuel to any or all of the identified locations in the SOW. Please specifically identify any locations your company is not able to provide fuel to. 2. Potential Respondents shall provide your company history and experience providing fuel. The response date for this market research is 22 June 2019. No collect calls will be accepted.
