Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center Fort Campbell, Fort Campbell, KY is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources who can provide specific innovative solutions that mitigate the inherit risk associated with a procuring services within a very condensed time frame. No proposals are requested by this announcement; all responses shall be solely in the form of information and materials. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. The Government is under no obligation to issue a solicitation or to award any contract on the basis of this Sources Sought. Further, the Government is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals or any cost or pricing data. Contractors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought. All costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought will be the sole responsibility of the contractor. All submissions will be treated as business confidential materials, become Government property, and will not be returned. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.FBO.gov). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this requirement. BACKGROUND: The purpose of the Catholic Parish Coordinator (hereafter referred to as the Contractor) is to provide on-going professional support functions within the program of the Catholic parish. This Performance Work Statement includes programs and services, which are components of the Army Chaplains' Corps and USAG Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The contractor will have ministry of presence in the Catholic worship service. The contractor shall identify all contract programs and services as being Chaplain Programs and services. The task will be completed modules as described below of those tasks assigned herein to supply a complete Catholic worship, sacramental and family life opportunity for the Catholic community to satisfy their religious exercise. These tasks will be in addition to and in support of those completed by the chaplain or religious affairs specialist. Interested parties shall submit their innovative solutions for the interim time frame electronically to SaLonda M. Ozier at salonda.m.ozier.civ@mail.mil. All responses shall have the following information contained in the Subject Line of the electronic mail, Response to Sources Sought Catholic Parish Coordinator. Responses should be sent no later than 1000 (10:00am) Central Standard Time on 12 May 2017. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will not be considered. Responders shall address the specific innovative risk mitigation for this requirement through this RFI in written format via email. Fax transmittal's will not be accepted. Personal visits for discussing this notice will not be scheduled.
