USACE ERDC CRREL Signature Physics Branch intends to award a sole-source contract to Exploration Instruments LLC for a TEM2Go geophysical scanner (Part #7001), 12-month TEM2Go software (Part #7301), and a 12-month extended support subscription (Part #7311). Exploration Instruments LLC is identified as the only source and the only authorized North American reseller/service partner for TEM Company products, which are required for scientific data integrity, waveform consistency, extreme portability, and interoperability with existing government-owned TEM equipment. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations, but interested parties may submit a capability statement identifying their interest and ability to fulfill the requirement. The government will consider submissions but does not guarantee they will alter the acquisition strategy or lead to a competitive procurement. Vendors must be actively registered in SAM with no active exclusions and complete FAR/DFARS representations and certifications to be eligible for award.
