The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire, requires continued annual maintenance for four existing Applanix POSPac MMS SmartBase USB licenses. This is a total small business set-aside brand-name requirement for authorized Applanix POSPac MMS software maintenance; substitutions or “equal” products/maintenance will not be accepted. The contract includes a base year plus four option years, with maintenance entitlement periods from 1 October 2026 through 30 September 2031 and electronic delivery/activation required no later than the first day of each applicable period. Maintenance shall include applicable bug fixes, service packs, software upgrades, and technical support when-and-if available during the coverage period. Award will be made to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quoter based on technical capability, brand-name/authorized maintenance, delivery and maintenance coverage, and price across the base and all option years.
