This is a total small business set-aside solicitation for the delivery and installation of six Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS) fire suppression systems to be integrated into Antarctic Airfield Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) vehicles. The contractor must provide training and ship completed systems to a to-be-determined CONUS integration facility, with the vehicles required to operate down to -30°F. The government will award a firm-fixed-price contract based on best value, evaluating technical capability, past experience, and total price.
