This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Cold Region Research and Engineer Laboratory (CRREL), Hanover, New Hampshire, is issuing solicitation W913E525RA001 for CRREL Grounds Maintenance Services. The Government anticipates the award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option. A site visit is scheduled for 16 July 2025 with a proposal due date on 30 July 2025. See attached solicitation for more details. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 561730, with a small business size standard of $9,500,000.00. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to the proposal due date.
