This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E523Q0023 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334513 - Instruments and Related Products Manufacturing for Measuring, Displaying, and Controlling Industrial Process Variables was determined to best represent this requirement. The small business size standard is 750 employees (PSC – 6685). This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) in Hanover, NH requires BRAND NAME Campbell Scientific Environmental Monitoring Stations (5 Snow Stations and 12 Field Stations) in order to be fully interoperable with the equipment, sensors, workflows, code, and resultant data from CRREL’s exiting Campbell Scientific equipment. The new sensors will be used to expand our monitoring network, thus need to be consistent with current sensors shall be brand name to Campbell Scientific.
