This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number W913E523Q0022 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310 – Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing was determined to best represent this requirement. The small business size standard is 750 employees (PSC – 6640). The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) Force Projection and Sustainment Branch (FPSB) mobility team in Hanover, NH has a brand name requirement for one (1) Motion Capture System to provide indoor and outdoor robotics and positioning sensing for vehicle mobility testing and tracking of manned and/or unmanned vehicles. This motion capture system must be used to provide accurate positioning sensing, both indoor and outdoor, for robotics and vehicle mobility testing with manned and/or unmanned vehicles. The Motion Capture System needs to meet the Description of Requirement (DOR) specifications located in the attached Request for Quote (RFQ), Section C. The Motion Capture System shall be either OptiTrack or Vicon BRAND NAME in order to be fully interoperable with partnering government laboratories that must replicate and verify our test results.
