Amendment 0001 provides industry questions and the governments answers to those questions. No other changes are made. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research & Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) has a requirement for elevator maintenance and repair services at their location in Hanover, NH. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, transportation, and any other items and services necessary to perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair, on four (4) passenger elevators, one (1) freight elevator, and 1 (one) handicap lift outlined under the contract’s PWS. The services required under this contract include: A detailed preventive maintenance program, 24 hour service repairs, materials, mobile parts inventory, call-back services, after hours service, maintenance control program, quality control program, and testing of the elevators on site. USACE intends to issue this requirement under NAICS code 811310 – Commercial and Industry Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance. The current size standard for this NAICS code is $8M. Offerors are encouraged to check the website frequently in order to be notified of any changes to the solicitation. The Government will not provide written paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Solicitation W913E521R0005 is posted to beta.SAM.gov, https://beta.sam.gov/. All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Government via email to Adrienne.Y.Bingham@usace.army.mil. The Government will accept questions up to four (4) calendar days of the proposal due date. Answers to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation document. All communications concerning this requirement, to include responses to submitted questions, will be through beta.SAM.gov and to all vendors simultaneously. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor beta.SAM.gov for updates and changes.
