This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The solicitation number for this request for quotations (RFQ) is W913E520Q0035. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 Software Publishers, which has a size standard of $41.5M. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) seeks to update yearly software maintenance for existing POSPac MMS software maintenance licenses (SN 5022, 5059, 4940 and 4777) to allow users to upgrade to the latest version of POSPac MMS. The brand name POSPac is required. The period of performance should be for a minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years and provide yearly maintenance.
