****************************************************************** Amendment 0002 See attached Questions/ Answers ******************************************************************* Amendment 0001 See... ****************************************************************** Amendment 0002 See attached Questions/ Answers ******************************************************************* Amendment 0001 See attachment ******************************************************************* The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, tools, materials,equipment, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory, 72 Lyme Road, Hanover, NH in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants, maintain clear and safe roads and pathways in the winter, and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. Proposals are due June 26, 2020, 2:00 PM Central via eamil to ethel.d.grant@usace.army.mil Communications Concerning the Solicitation: All questions concerning this solicitation shall be submitted to the Government via email to ethel.d.grant@usace.army.mil . The Government will accept questions up to ten (10) calendar days of the proposal due date. Answers to questions will be provided via amendment to the solicitation document. All communications concerning this requirement, to include responses to submitted questions, will be through www.beta.sam.gov and to all vendors simultaneously. It is the vendor’s responsibility to monitor FBO for amendments, updates, changes, and responses to questions. An Organized site visit has been scheduled for 3 June 2020 at 1:00 PM EST. Participants will meet at CRREL Main Lobby at 72 Lyme Rd., Hanover, NH 03755. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the site visit and inspect the sites where services are to be performed.
