Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The Ohio National Guard requires the purchase and delivery of aggregate to Norwalk, Ohio, with performance required from April 28-30, 2026. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a standard of $34,000,000, and it will result in a single Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order. The basis for award will be price and past performance. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and eligible to receive an award. All quotes must include a total price with applicable taxes and fees.
