The contractor will perform proper abandonment and closure of nine groundwater monitoring wells at Load Line 6, Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center, Ravenna, Ohio. The prime contractor may subcontract the drilling work but must oversee the abandonment. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, utility locating, waste management, restoration, seeding, and reporting, and is required to prepare an approved work plan before field work. Work must comply with applicable Ohio and federal well-closure requirements, restore sites to original conditions, and submit well sealing and final closure reports. All work and deliverables must be completed within 90 calendar days after award.
