The contractor will abandon and close nine groundwater monitoring wells at Load Line 6, Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center, Ravenna, Ohio. This includes providing all labor, equipment, materials, utility locating, well closure services, waste management, restoration, seeding, and reporting. An OHARNG-approved work plan must be prepared before field work, and all applicable Ohio and federal well-closure requirements must be followed. Well sealing reports and a final closure summary report are required, with all work and deliverables completed within 90 calendar days after award.
