The NAICS code for the requirement is 722230. The size standard is $9,000,000.00 The contractor will provide a menu that will include the required components of a nutritionally balanced meal. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific requirements. The contractor must submit evidence of the successful past performance of catering services. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract. Multiple awards will not be offered. The contract will be awarded in accordance with (IAW) FAR 13.106-2(b). Responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov). You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. EVALUATION CRITERIA This award will be made in accordance with the criteria set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-2(b)(3). The basis of the award will be 1) price, 2) past performance, and 3) adherence to the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. The OHARNG reserves the right to communicate with any offeror in order to better understand an offeror’s proposal, validate interpretation and assumptions of the proposal; or facilitate the evaluation process.
