The contractor shall provide and delivery all material listed in Appendix 1 of the statement of work. Please review SOW and prepare the BOM items list and cost sheet. Please note there is a delivery window of 9-13 JUL 2025. All materials must be delivered no later than 13 JUL 2025. Delivery location is Camp James A Garfield, 8451 State Route 5, Ravenna, OH 44266. Specific delivery site will be coordinated with the POC after award. Quotes are due by 4:00 PM, EDT, 9 MAY 2025. Please submit your quotes to Brett A. Fruth at brett.a.fruth.civ@army.mil. Reponses to this announcement must include the SF 1449, BOM items cost sheet, and proof of current sam.gov registration. Please be sure to acknowledgement of all amendments. Offerors are encouraged to check the beta.sam.gov site often for changes and/or amenements to this RFQ. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM EST 25 APR 2024.
