The course begins on 03 January 2019. The delivery date of 06 January 2020 is essential. Materials may be delivered prior to 06 January 2020, but not after. This is not an "all or nothing" quote. Please submit a quote for material you can provide. Quotes will be evaluated, and selection for award made, in accordance with (IAW) FAR 12.602 and FAR13.106. The Government will award to the responsible low offeror who can meet the delivery date of 06 January 2020.
