Any GSA offer from a GSA Contract will take precedence over an open market offer. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for which proposals are being requested. This solicitation, W91364-19-Q-0013, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The NAICS code that applies is 339112. This action will result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures under Full and Open competition after exclusion of sources. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Items must be Trade Agreements Act compliant. If the product is not made in the U.S.A., provide place of manufacturer in accordance with the Act.
