This project involves improving an existing rail bed into a Tactical Vehicle Maneuver Lane (TVML) at Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Center in Ravenna, Ohio, to enhance maneuverability for tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles. The base bid covers work between stations 78+50 to 74+00, with five optional phases extending the lane westward to station 54+00. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award, evaluated solely on price, and is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on July 30th at 11:00 AM EST at the training center, with registration required three business days in advance.
