Columbus, OH. 43235 SUBJECT: Request for Quote (RFQ) TITLE: Band Instruments SOL#: W91364-24-Q-0041 The Ohio National Guard (OHARNG) has a requirement for musical instruments and equipment for the Ohio National Guard 122nd Army Band. This solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract using NAICS code 339992. Size standard is 1,000 employees. This RFQ is a 100% small business set-aside. Products associated with this RFQ must be Made in the USA or be TAA compliant in accordance with DFARS 252.225-7021. Offerors must clearly designate the country of origin for each of the products being offered. This requirement will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and will be awarded on the basis of price, past performance, and how closely the quote meets the requirements in the Statement of Work in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 (b). This will be a single award contract. There will not be multiple awards made for this requirement. Responsible offerors shall include a capability statement that demonstrates the offerors’ ability to provide the products required in the Statement of Work. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST September 9, 2024.You must submit your RFQs by email to claudia.j.tenaglia.civ@army.mil.
