Conference space, Lodging, & Catered Meals The Ohio National Guard has a requirement for catered meals on the following dates: 20 April 2024 The event will take place: Columbus, Ohio Quotes must comply with the requirements set forth in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes must include sufficient information (i.e., menus, licenses and certifications) that allow the OHARNG to determine whether they meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 722320. The small business size standard is $8,000,000.00 This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis of the lowest price that meets the requirements set forth in the PWS. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Proposals are due by 10am (EST) 15 February 2024. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in SAM. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process.
