See attachments section. The Ohio Army National Guard and it's 73rd Troop Command need to purchase long and short haul fusion splicers as well as associated tools and supplies. The quote must meet the requirements of the attached statement of work. If you are not registered in SAM, an award cannot be made to your company. You may register electronically at http://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. This is a small-business set-aside under NAICS code 334290. This is a firm fixed-price contract that will be awarded based on cost. Questions are due no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 18 September 2023. Questions must be in writing via email to daniel.e.reagan3.civ@army.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. A question/answer sheet document will be posted to sam.gov. Proposals are due by 12:00 P.M. EST, 20 September 2023. Delivery is due 60 days after contract award. Please include pricing in the attached RFQ SF 1449 by each respective contract line item. Vendors are encouraged to check the sam.gov site often for modifications and/or amendments to this RFQ.
