SUBJECT: Request for Quote TITLE: Kardex Carousel SOL#: W91364-23-Q-0016 The OHARNG has a requirement for a Kardex Remstar Megamat RS350 Vertical Carousel. Products associated with this quote must be Made in the USA or be TAA Compliant in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 25.001. Products must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offers MUST include enough product information (i.e. model numbers, photos and product specifications) for the OHARNG to determine that the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient information may result in the rejection of your quote. This is a Total Small Business Set- Aside. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 337215. The size standard is 500 Employees. This requirement will a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and will be awarded on the basis of the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The determining factors of the technical evaluation will be how closely the products submitted in your quote reflect the requirements provided in the attached SOW. Respondents to this Request for Quote (RFQ) must be registered in the System for Award Administration (SAM). Please include your SAM Cage code or DUNS number in your quote. Quotes without Cage Codes and/or DUNS Numbers may be excluded from consideration. You may register electronically at https://www.sam.gov. Registering electronically will expedite the registration process. Quotes are due no later than 12:00 PM April 20th, 2023. You must submit your proposals to the Contract Specialist at herbert.l.brown24.civ@army.mil. Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Question/clarifications must be submitted via the GSA Advantage portal or by email to herbert.l.brown24.civ@army.mil. No questions will be taken by phone. Questions are due no later than 12:00 PM April 13th, 2022. A question/answer document will be posted as an amendment to this RFQ.
