This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The OHARNG has a requirement to award a firm fixed price contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business to perform abatement and demolition of Building U-0014 Cold Storage with alternate Options including Buildings A0009 Storage, A0001 Com Center, A001A Com Building, A0004 Water/Supply/Treatment, A004A Storage, 0218 Storage, SD003 Sewer WWTP, and 01026 Communication Center. This project shall be completed in accordance with the standards and specifications provided by Camp James A. Garfield’s Department of Public Works. This is a set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses(SDVOSB). In the event adequate SDVOSB contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted. Site Visit Information: Meet at CJAGMTC Building 1068 AUGUST 18, 2022 AT 1100. Potential Contractors will be escorted to each demo location. Bids will be opened at 1100 under the Solar Canopy. Bids must be in the attached bid format or bids may not be accepted.
