The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 334310. The small business size standard is 750 Employees. Products associated with this quote must be Made in the USA or be TAA Compliant in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 25.001. Offers must include sufficient product information (ie model numbers, pictures and product specifications) to allow the OHARNG to determine whether the proposed items meet the necessary minimum requirements. Failure to submit sufficient product information may result in the rejection of your quote. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. It will be awarded on the basis cost insofar as the quote meets the specifications lay out in this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency (FAR 5.207(c)(i)). Quotes are due by 12:00pm 20 September 2022 EST. RFQ’s must no later than 12:00 PM 15 September 2022 Site Visit Information: A site visit/inspection of the current system in place will be held at 1000 hours on September 6th, 2022. Notification to gain access to the armory must be made a least 24 hours prior to arrival. All contractor employees, including subcontractor employees, requiring access to Army installations, facilities, and controlled-access areas shall complete AT Level I awareness training prior to the contract start date or effective date of incorporation of this requirement into the contract, whichever is applicable. The contractor shall submit certificates of completion for each affected contractor employee and subcontractor employee, to the COR or to the contracting officer, if a COR is not assigned, within 15 days calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel. The contractor and all associated sub-contractors shall brief all employees on the local iWATCH program (training standards provided by the requiring activity ATO). This local developed training will be used to inform employees of the types of behavior to watch for and instruct employees to report suspicious activity to the COR. This training shall be completed within 10 calendar days of contract award and within 10 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the COR NLT 10 calendar days calendar days after contract award. New employees must be trained within 30 calendar days of their reporting for duty and annually thereafter.
