The contractor shall, except as specified, provide all personnel, supervision, and all items and services necessary to provide Childcare Services for the Ohio National Guard Yellow Ribbon Event, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS). One day of childcare services 18 June 2022, Dayton, Ohio area. This is for a childcare requirement, not a "babysitter service". Adequate personnel (provide appropriate number of personnel to care for number of children per age group as stated: 1. 6 months - 2 years old. 2. 3-5 years old. 3. 6-7 years old. All offerors are required to fill in, sign, and return a copy of the 889-representation form with their offer. Please see attached PWS and solicitation detailed information. Offers are due no later than 10:00 EST. on 2 June 2022. Questions are due no later than 4:00pm EST ON 27 May 2022.
