Presolicitation Synopsis: Invitation for Bid, W91364-22-B-0005 Small Business Set-Aside: 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction The contract duration is 300 days after notice to proceed. The USPFO for Ohio intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, construction services to improve an existing trail along the south perimeter of Group 7 (Training Area 71) on Camp James A. Garfield Joint Military Training Site (CJAG) to eventually connect to South Service Road. This project is for Phase 5 of that trail. Work to be accomplished includes all labor, material, equipment, and associated construction services for the following task: Develop Group 7 (TA-71) Maneuver Trail Improvement – Phase 5 (17,000 ft.) Improve an existing trail along the southern perimeter of Group 7 (Training Area 71) for use by tanks and Bradley Fighting Vehicles. The task includes all associated earth work, fence demolition, culvert installation, and site restoration. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 237990, with a size standard of $39,500,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on-or-about 25 JULY 2022. The tentative date for the pre-bid conference is on-or-about 4 AUG 2022, 9:00AM local time, location will be in solicitation. Interested contractors are encouraged to attend and shall follow conference registration and base access requirements shown in the solicitation. A site visit will follow the pre-bid conference. The bid opening date is scheduled for on-or about 15 August 2022. Actual dates and times will be identified in the solicitation.
